"We booked this hotel because the pics online made it look clean, located directly across from a beach, and a nice pool area. Well, the rooms smelled like smoke, hair in the shower, carpets were dirty, and the door didn’t close well. We had to report it because it was actually breaking. The maids did come in each day and tidy up which was nice. The front office staff weren’t very friendly, and one gal practically rolled her eyes at me when I asked for an extra room key.
