"We just left the hotel and we loved it. All the staff were great but extra thank you to Deiver, our concierge. He made everything very easy from reservations to the National park, shopping, dinning and transportation. We were very sad to leave and hope to be back soon. "

"I liked this property, the staff is friendly, except the ladie that works making eggs in the breakfast, she wasn't was friendly anytime, didn't smile and she looks like sad, the rest of the staff so friendly and polite. The second day we have an issue in the room with the water heating, apararently wasn't working properly, but they gave us an room upgrade, we didn't have any issue with the new room, the breakfast is great, the property is well maintained, they are doing some upgrade to some part of the hotel, resuming my stay was great, definitely come back to this hotel in the future. Thank you for your excellent attention and make great our vacations Me gustó esta propiedad.
