"Lovely hotel. The Viennese cafe is beautiful. The cafe and the bar are really good value for money, not the usual hiked up hotel prices. The corridors have a nice decor and the rooms are nice. I had a great view overlooking the garden and the Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque which was lit up nicely at night. Rooms have an extra bit of security when you go out - you get a standard key lock as well as digital card entry. "

"Right in the middle of old town, so location was great. Very close to touristy shopping. Reserved parking is available for 12,5 euro per day. Good luck finding any other place to park. Check in and out was great. Staff was cordial, helpful and English proficient. On site free breakfast was very good. Restaurants for other meals are everywhere. The room was very nice, comfortable and very clean. Elevator to 4th floor worked very well. Very nice place. I recommend it and will stay there again."
