Clean house, nice guests, responsive community manager. The rooms are small but do the job, and the building is beautiful. Perfect for a solo traveler or small group to stay together with kitchen access if your focus is to be out and about in the city.

Front desk didn't answer and I had to go down to them to get room service. The bathroom needs some work. Vent is broken, and there was mold growing. No internet service, unless you paid extra for it.

The property was very clean. Staff welcoming. Our room and bathroom seemed been newly updated so all excellent on that regard. Amenities adequate — I would definitely consider staying at The Lombardy on my next visit to NYC.

"Comfortable stay in a cozy cottage. The room is equipped with a fridge and an electric kettle. Breakfast is very good. We also had a nice dinner in the hotel pizzeria with an affordable price. The only disappointment is a pool. It is small and crowded, and water is too warm."
