"The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good, but the room was tatty and in need of some improvements. The curtains did not cover the window, the toilet seat was broken, the furniture was old and scruffy. It could have been cleaner."

"This hotel deserves better management! *we came to hotel by car from another city, we found the entrance of the building by navigation, it was during the rush hours and finally when we came, we saw a big construction area written that "sorry we are renewing our lobby area"! so then what? there is no sign, no employee! we started to turn around the building and streets and lucky found the entrance to hotel trough their convention center. I inform the chek-in employee that it was problem for me, they should inform their customers before check in ; he replied "I will transfer your complain to management" that's all ! Other issue was extra bed they brought to room! it was not ready when we came to room and it was the oldest and worst extra bed ever. my son couldn't sleep there and we had to share the king bed 3 of us. And when I informed them of course the answer was "we will transfer your complain to management" Again no "sorry " the only star goes to the Italian restaurant in the hotel. it was amazing! but hotel it self was not even close to 5 stars except the location and building. "

"I appreciated having access to the thermal pool and swimming pool. I enjoyed the view of both mountain and sea."

"The hotel was okay and was clean but the area is not good and housekeeping should be daily. Unfortunately had to ask for clean towels, coffee, H20. Note: As a world travelled woman I didnt feel unsafe when walking during the day bc I mind my business. Shopping was 10 min walk, with plenty of places to eat. "
