"There were actually in the process of cleaning one of the pools but gave us access to another pool those actually more private and wave some fees for us excellent place great staff excellent food extremely clean nice rooms i'll definitely be going back"
"Lovely staff at the front desk and a charming security chap opening the door. Good breakfast with a voice of local cuisine, as well as cereals, bread etc. Extremely good value."
"Very disappointed. Service appalling, especially in bars and restaurants.
Reception staff very friendly but not helpful. ‘Computer says no’ quite often!!!!
Our room was perfectly acceptable and we had a lovely view of Mayon volcano.
Tried to book shuttle bus back to airport as we arrived but told it was full. The day we were leaving about to book a Grab taxi they rang and said shuttle waiting for us. That is typical of what we experienced. This is not a luxury hotel by western standards but probably is by Philippines standard."
"I stayed at this hotel. It was my first time there, I really liked it, it was very clean, the people were friendly, the food in the restaurant was excellent, 5 stars."
"Room was spacious however, it was dusty and has a musty smell. Not well maintained. Wifi is just in public areas. Staff are helpful and the restaurants served good food. "
"Weve been frequenting this hotel this past weeks.. staff are respectful and attentive, the food selection is far better from our previous stays. Shops and other govt offices are nearby and accessible."
"No pool. No elevator.
Staff one is ok
Getting to the room on 3rd level is not good. Construction going on, I had to walk on a man made bridge to cross to go to the room. I was scared"
