"We chose this hotel based on its proximity to the train station, which was very good. We were pleasantly surprised by the desk staff, as opposed to the other hotels we stayed in. Very friendly and helpful, especially Celia. She was delightful. The room was larger than a shoebox. Bed and bedding was very comfortable, slept well. Towels were fluffy and clean, water pressure was excellent. Some street noise but not too much to interfere with our sleep. Many restaurants, cafes right outside the door. Walkable to many sights such as Notre Dame and the metro stations. Would highly recommend."

"Our 9 days and 8 nights stay in Paris was absolutely amazing. I found this hotel through Expedia,. The location was perfect for us. Situated in the 11th Arrondissement, Bastille has such a vibrant multicultural vibe with amazing restaurants, cafés, boulangeries, pâtisseries, and food spots all around. It truly felt lively, welcoming, and safe even when walking around at night. If you are someone who loves food adventures and exploring local culture, this area is perfect. Our room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable for a couple. We stayed on the 2nd floor and had everything we needed. The washroom was spacious enough, and the hot and cold water worked perfectly after long days of exploring Paris. What truly made this hotel exceptional was the hospitality. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel asking if we could leave our luggage since we were arriving earlier than the 3 PM check-in time. To our surprise, they went above and beyond and accommodated us with an early check-in at 10 AM. After a long flight, that gesture meant so much to us. The staff and crew were all kind, polite, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Special shout out to Marianne, who welcomed us warmly and helped us during our entire stay. She truly went out of her way to assist us, especially with our Navigo Pass. Her kindness and excellent customer service made our Paris experience even more memorable. Overall, we highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris. Great location, wonderful staff, clean rooms"

"Short walking distance to the Gare de Lyon. While researching hotels there were some mixed reviews. I guess they were doing some renovations last year because my experience was nothing but positive. Typically small French hotel room, but it was clean, small (very) desk area, plenty of electrical outlets close to the bed, clean modern bathroom with excellent shower. There was a little street noise with the window open, but that basically stopped by 11p to midnight. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. I took the breakfast which was very good (a lot of variety), but not sure it was the best value; I just wanted something easy to start my day and it met that need. Restaurants and brasseries in the area which felt very safe."

"My overall experience was great. The one item I neglected to pack was the proper IPhone charger. However, they provided me with one which was a game changer. The Front Desk associates were extremely helpful and cordial. I would definitely recommend this Hotel!"
