I booked my tours on get your guide but Rosie at the hotel showed me better quality crusies at the same price but with added convenience of hotel pickup and drop off. And better tours than what I had booked. I ended up getting the biggest suite on the cruise and upgraded free to a luxury line at no added cost. The hotel has a good relationship with the best tours. "About 15-20 mins out of town depending on traffic. Very easy to get a grab from here.
We stayed in a villa and it was spectacular. The mountains views were amazing to wake up to and the villa itself was clean and cozy. We loved all the gardens and vegetables growing around us and the staff had four cats that we ended up giving way too much attention to!
Will definitely be staying here again :)"

"Our stay at Chapa Ecolodge was fantastic. The staff were very friendly, and accommodating and always greeted us with a smile.
The cabin lived up to the online photos. It was clean, comfortable and well kept with breathtaking views from the cabin and around the property.
The food was very good, with lots of options and the free breakfast was also enjoyable.
The location is perfect. Close to Sa Pa but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the valley. Our only complaint would be that...

"The room was clean overall but the curtains had several spots/stains on them. The room door would not lock shut from the outside when you are leaving. I was nervous about leaving the whole time I stayed. The pool had no water in it (but it was too windy to swim). The shower flooded and everything was dated and need refreshed. However the staff was very friendly."

"The hotel was beautiful and spacious with lovely views. The staff was quirky. The bed was hard and the hot water didn’t really work. One thing to note is the road out there is rough and unpaved. We had one grab driver not be able to make it up and we had to walk in the dark. "
