This property needs work. It’s definitely older and showing lots of wear and tear. The staff is not really that attentive and when asked for feather free and foam pillows they took hours and still got it wrong. Blackout drapes didn’t work and lights in the room were broken. It was just less than fine.

This hotel is beautiful, from the lobby to the dinning area, and to the room itself. Get the breakfast buffet. Just do it. Also, the shuttle to and from the city center was the cherry on top!
