"The room had ants and mosquitoes had no toilet seat very noisy out side due to traffic and no tiles on wall in bathroom. The fridge was to small the cupboard was broken the table was to small as well. And for a deluxe room no way."

"Staff were helpful and courteous. Room was awful. We booked premium room, but the room was terrible. It did not look similar to the picture that was advertised. The 3rd floor carpeting in the corridor was stained with pet urine and smelled awful. The elevator was tight and looked like it needed maintaining. We found pet excrement in carpeting. The room smelled smoke in a non smoking room and smells pet urine. The curtains were black in color where the original color was suppose to be white and appeared moldy. The bathroom floor tiles were moldy. Bedsheets appeared clean. No telephone in the room but you are asked to communicate by WhatsApp or Viber. I communicated through WhatsApp about a change in room but no reply even after checkout. We had to finally go to reception the next day prior to checkout to ask for another room. After much discussions, we were given a new room in the 4th floor. The new room was updated and cleaner. No clothes iron nor hair dryer in the room. Buy when requested, staff were able to accommodate right away. Check in seemed to take a long time. Checkout was ok. Seems there is only 1 staff in the reception area and security had to find someone to help during checkout. Perhaps staffing should be managed better by management. Security in the front entrance was excellent. Staff were courteous and professional. Management need to maintain the rooms better. Would not come back. "

"Its beautiful. Its affordable. It has nice amenities. But DO NOT give this property the time of day, go elsewhere!!! I promise you none of it is worth it. Long review, but at the very least, just know, if you like to sleep, STAY AWAY from here. My wife and I stayed here for 1 night, as we were in the Philippines for her sister's wedding. We stayed here the night before the wedding day. Our room was located near the property entrace, by the secondary pool. That night, around 50 Americans took the opportunity to party, play music, and sing karaoke from 11:00 PM until 6:30 AM. Yes, the entire night, no exaggeration. And as loudly as they possibly could. This property gave them 5 tower speakers and a microphone, and clearly no rules or guidelines to follow. My wife and I didnt sleep for 1 minute. It was impossible. As furious as we were with the people screaming into a microphone and blasting music for 7 hours, until SIX THIRTY AM, we were even more upset with the property. 1) for putting us in a room next to this bullsh** without giving us any warning (its a very large property with many options). And 2) for allowing like the 50 most inconsiderate people in world to do this, with absolutely no rules, time limit or consequences. This place is a total joke. All night my wife and I kept saying "How are they allowing this?", "Is anyone going to stop them?". "Can someone at least ask them to turn it down?" You can talk, laugh, enjoy your night till whenever you want, its your vacati"
