"The 3rd floor walk-in shower type room fronting the swimming pool, the ventilation was horrible the smell of chlorine was over powering. I would not recommend this property."

"Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. I love a bathroom with good lighting and the tv in the vanity mirror was fantastic to catch the morning news as we got ready!! The staff was exceptional. From check in, to drinks at the bar, to room service, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend Hotel Arista. "

"Clean room! Every morning, housekeeping is mopping and vacuuming the common areas as well. Stayed over a week and room was clean thoroughly. Nice front desk and easy check in. "

"Had a great stay. Only issues we had were getting a crib which ended up being a pack-n-play that was quite dirty on arrival. Also, there was some kind of really loud party in the patio one night - lots of kids running around and making a lot of noise. We were hoping staff would shut it down by 10 but it didn’t end up getting quiet until after 11. "

"First dat I noticed room phone did not work nor the remote for the room. So I used my phone to complain to the front desk. They came to my room to show me how to use the remote for the tv. They also said the phone would be fixed. Never happened. Day 2 or 3 no room service. When I asked at the front desk I was told I should have asked to have my room cleaned. I laughed because had the phone been working I would have called them again about the situation. Need less to say the person I spoke to in customer service only was able to say she was sorry in broken English and offer me 4000 points. The staff and customer service was clueless and maybe they were following the companies directive which sucks and so does this dated hotel. "
