The front desk attendant when we arrived was very personable and accommodating. We arrived after 10p and her shift was about to end but she made sure that we were well taken care of before her shift ended. Outstanding Customer service

We booked last minute and arrived before check-in. Our room wasn't ready but they upgraded us to a larger room. The customer service was outstanding and the room was very nice. We will stay here every time we go to Baton Rouge.

It was clean just needs to be updated badly. The refrigerator kept drinks cool and that was with it being turned all the way up. Bath tub needs decals in the bottom because of it being so slippery. Overall it was nice. The staff was very nice and very accommodating.
