When walking into our room we were greeted by roaches on the counter and in the sink. This hotel should definitely be shut down. It’s unsafe and unkept. It’s a haven to local drug addicts and street workers

The room was not throughly cleaned at all, the towels and sheets disgusting. The refrigerator rusted, roaches in bathroom and kitchen area. Guest loud and fighting in the hallway for hours until well after 4am. That was my last stay

I had to change rooms because sheets were stained toilet had a crack a pubic hairs found on sheets Front desk lady was very polite switched my room And the next one had hairs stuck to the floor Was tired just put a towel on top went to sleep Was tired Mattress in really bad shape Disaster for one night stay

We booked this hotel for an LSU game. But, after checking in we decided it would be better to drive home at 11:00pm than sacrifice our peace of mind because it felt unsafe. It had a low standard of cleanliness, as in, the sheets and towels were probably washed but the room as a whole gave a sense of being unsanitary and run down. The only pluses were that it was pet friendly and the receptionist was nice.

I was given the opportunity to check my room before i got there the firat 2 rooms i went to was wrong i requested 2 beds only had 1 and they was dirty the 3rd room they sent me to was under construction then finally got 4th room it was not very clean but we was tired and ready to rest a little. Beds was not comfortable tv remote was broke room needed to be better cleaned and updated a little paint would of helped and the building smelled like smoke with kids running all hours of the night.

Once I arrived at the check in time the office was closed. I sat and waited about 10min for a staff member to arrive. I was given a room and put my stuff on the bed. The chairs had sticky stuff on them. And the carpet had many stains. The sheets were stained and had cigarette burn holes in them. It smelled like cigarettes even tho it was considered a “non” smoking room. I then went and grabbed some food and came back to my room unlocked… I freaked out and made sure all my stuff was inside and the door knob was broken. I requested another room because I do not feel safe staying in a room with no lock. They said they only had a smoking room available to move me too or they would refund me. I requested to be refunded. Many of the guest seem to be living there and had garbage bags in the hallways. The area was no safe and had multiple people walking around in the parking lot. Dead roaches were in the elevator. Not once did I see housekeeping. Would not recommend ever! The worst hotel I’ve stayed at. I’ve stayed at cleaner Motels.
