"Great location. Owner very accommodating allowing us to leave our cases until check in. Owner responded very swiftly to any issues we had. Be aware there are many steps down to entrance and then stairs up to the accommodation. Breakfast ordering was a bit of a phaff having to download an app and each guest had to create an account in order to choose breakfast items. "

They helped us book a boat rental, which was the highlight of our trip. Breakfast was good and the terrace made it more enjoyable. "Hi, in general fantastic place but we lived two floors up in the attic. The first evening I went down to the car to fetch something. I couldn’t see the switch to turn on the light so I went down holding in the rail but suddenly the rail wasn’t there anymore in spite of there were three more steps in a turn! I fell and I did heart my two knees. It was now 12 days ago and I still have a lot of pain. "

"I traveled thru the Amalfi coast and Sicily for over 10 days and Hotel Residence was a favorite. Beautiful, good sized room, very clean. The location cannot be beat, you can walk to everything, but quiet at night. What really sets it apart is the staff, very approachable but professional. Antonio was very helpful with figuring out taxi and train arrangements. Highly recommend."
