WOW!!! WOW!!! new hotel and very very nice!!! 3 star at 4 star pricing! big and plush! and the Boulevard shopping centre next door - super convenient! very impressed!

Had an amazing stay at the Ranee on Christmas Eve. Service staff at the hotel are fantastic and extremely helpful, rooms are fabulous and the location is great. The hotel is close to many bars, cafes, good food joints, shopping mall, historical sites and museums. Wish I had a longer stay!!

Very professional and courteous staff. Hotel maintains a strict no smoking policy. Reasonable breakfast.

The Pullman Hotel in Kutching definitely offers a 5-star experience to its guests not just by the ambience in it but also by the amenities they have. I chose this hotel because they have a gym, a pool, and a spa. The staff are nice and are quick to respond to requests. The hotel adjoins a mall and there are several restaurants to choose from. Their Internet is free and fast which makes it great for working, and the area is quiet which makes it also great for relaxing.

Hotel room is very clean, spacious, n well equipped. The beds r also very comfortable. Foods r within 2-4 min walk if u opt out of dinning in hotel. The hotel staff did not ask whether I wanted the city view or the river view but that was alright. I got the city view and the view was just fine. I loved the room as it was very spacious and the pillows and bed were very comfortable. The bathtub was alright as I found some hairs on it. Some of the sockets were faulty and the...

Hotel room rates reasonably priced for its prime city location, where food isn't any problem at all. Food outlets are all within walking distance and had some nice seafood at TopSpot Seafood corner only 5mins walk from hotel. Staff were friendly and I had booked for two queen size beds which was both clean and aircon was cold, for three nights. Check out was a breeze at 0630hrs with airport 20mins away. My overall experience at Grand Magherita was excellent and would recommend to others. Only...

Hotel's ground floor is nice, simple & with the unique lift. However, there's ants on the walls, not sure why. Stayed for one night. - Location is great as it's near the famous Night Market & a supermarket next door. - A nice cosy coffee shop nearby.
