INITILLY WE THOUGHT IT IS FROM THE NOISY STREET AND IT WILL DIE DOWN LATER AT NIGHT. AS A RESULT WE COULD NOT SLEEP AT ALL AND WE HAD IMPORTANT MEETING EARYLY NEXT MORNING THAT IS THE REASON FOR TWO STARS SO KNOW IF YOU STAY HERE, DO NOT ACCEPT A ROOM CLOSE TO ELEVATORS !!!!"

"We saw an couple Of men in hoodies walking around randomly in the Underground parking area as we parked there. They had walked down the ramp after we drove down and were not heading to any particular vehicle. This felt unsafe so we parked outside parking lot. "

"It’s an old hotel but it’s okay. Good location and the staff helped us with a problem on our room on my last day. There is a tourist bus stop just at the hotel door. You can go walking to nice places from there (pier and narrow lombard street)"
