"The hotel is very good in many ways except for the bed. The service is attentive, it offers transportation to some important places in the area, and the breakfast is varied and tasty. The only negative, and very important thing for me, is that the bed is a board; it couldn't be any harder, and I didn't know that level of hardness existed. I asked for something to put on top of it so I could sleep that night, which thankfully was the only one. I suggest they change at least some of the mattresses...

"The bedroom was nice, but the outlets didnt work and the bathtub water was crazy it pass from cool from hot in seconds. There was a lot of noise very early in the morning, because they were remodeling and start to work too ealy. The pool was empty and they never mentioned before arrival, so it was really frustrated and because of the remodelation there was a lot of dust and my husband develop an alergic. The place was dirty.
