"The staff are helpful and attentive. No problem checking in nice atmosphere. The room is clean, spacious but smelled moldy. The bathroom sink stopper wasn't working. I went to the desk told him the problem. Went back to our room and less than 15 minutes maintenance knocked on the door. I was really pleased he came and fixed the broken stopper. Problem solved. Other than that we're good. "

"Fair price. Rooms are extra clean and comfortable.Almost like new. Well cared for room with spotless bathroom. Nothing to gross me out. Full cable TV services (50+ channels). Embroidered labels on the pillow cases for 'soft' and 'hard' pillow options. 6 pillows per bed. Breakfast options were excellent, including fresh pancake maker, Greek yogurts, cereal bar, sausage, turkey sausage, bacon, eggs, cheese omelette, and more. Great location with excellent restaurants within walking distance. 24-hour Walgreens 2 mins by car. Stay here."

"Maid came in every day we stayed whice was good. The shuttle was more of an inconvenience because it only had 4 departure times to universal and 4 times available for arriving back at the hotel. It would be a leave early before the park closed or late to arrive at Universal sort of situation so we had to pay for parking. Also the hotel did not count for early entry but that's all the issues we had. If you have an annual pass for Universal this hotel is perfect. The staff was wonderful all during our stay, pool and hot tub were well maintained. Our rooms shower didn't work but we had a tub so we took baths which isn't the worst thing when you've been at the parks all day. Food was good. No complaints there. Room was clean, comfortable, wifi and parking were good and free. "
