"Staff was responsive but the accommodations were misleading. The pictures did not accurately describe the rooms. Also I was unaware that I would have to carry my suitcases up a spiral staircase. That should be made clear ahead of time as that is not safe for most people. A window pane was missing from the bathroom window and I reported it on Weds am but as of Sunday morning it was not repaired. This made the bathroom and room cold and noisy.
