"The hotel was lovely, breakfast was good, but the staff are really what put it over the top. My Mom's luggage was not on the plane and they called Air France for her and worked to get it delivered to us. I could not recommend the property more highly. "

Minor issue - the ambient lighting in the room was great but we could have done with some brighter lighting as well, as sometimes it was a bit dark. Excellent stay though."
