"The bar was awesome but my room was completely dirty the bathroom was nasty..I told front desk and they sent someone to clean it but they didn't do anything because everything was the same. So after a long drive we had to clean our own room.. the three days I was there I didn't want any service because I wanted my room to stay clean like we had it...but other than that everything else was nice "

"Upon arrival the room was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The back patio (we stayed on the bottom floor) had cigarette butts and trash everywhere. We had to clean the room before we could even unpack. Internet hardly worked of at all during our stay. At night it was like a Grateful Dead concert with all the weed smoke they say 2 stars but really only a half a star most of the staff was friendly "

"Was great view right next to presidential suit. Ocean view and state park. 4th fl view form balcony. Excellent bathroom! Bed one of best I have experienced. Pools great beach as good as it could be. Had breakfast at Beachwalk cafe 4.8! The ladies did the spa were very happy. "

"My rating is low because I will check in time was April 2 checkout time April 5 our room was not clean until Saturday, but no clean sheets was put on the bed. The bed was half made up just throw together. They didn’t wash the tub out and they said they don’t wash out the tub not unless it’s a for a five day stay or extended stay when the sheets be changed off the bed we left to come back from Eden. Our door was open. It was not locked. We just walked right in so it wasn’t secure and it wasn’t safe so that’s why I gave them such a low rating and they was not so polite. I will not stay there at that hotel again."
