Ante is a very welcoming and friendly host, and the breakfasts prepared by Vanessa are always delicious and served with great care. The rooms and the entire property are exceptionally clean and well maintained. We have always felt very comfortable here and would highly recommend Beachfront Villa Mediteran to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay by the sea. "We had an amazing 2-night stay! From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly welcoming. Check-in was easy, and they showed us around the property. We even received welcome drinks and a bottle of wine in our room—a wonderful touch! Our studio was exactly as pictured, very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The balcony was fantastic, with beautiful sea views and the perfect spot to watch the sunset with an evening drink. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was spacious with great water pressure, and the Wi-Fi was fast and easy to connect to. We also had a parking spot, which was a great bonus. The beach was absolutely beautiful, with clear water and small pebbles. There were also restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The hospitality really stood out. Our hosts offered breakfast, and when we couldn’t make it due to an early start, they offered to pack us a lunch instead! They gave us great recommendations for exploring the area, welcomed us with drinks when we returned, and even did a load of laundry for us. So thoughtful! We only wish we could have stayed longer. If—or rather, when—we return to the area, we will definitely stay here again. 6 stars, 10/10! Highly recommend!"

"We can’t fault anything about the property. Situated in a quite street a few mins walk from a little shop (for essentials) and few mins further to the main road and regular buses into Split. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for the three of us. The kitchen was well equipped too. The pool area is well maintained with enough sun beds to not need a morning rush down to nab one. If I were to come back, I definitely choose to stay again"
