"Très bel hôtel, le déjeuner en buffet est bon et varié. L’hôtel n’a pas de stationnement, il faut trouver une place dans les rues avoisinantes. Les lits sont confortables et tout est en excellent état."

"Microwave did not work in cabin. Housekeeping took all dirty towels on 3rd day as we were told but when we returned late that evening we found they only gave us several new towels & it was not enough for the 5 of us in reservation yo shower. Went to front desk to get towels & was told he could not get them to us til the following day. SUPER over priced to wash & dry laundry in tiny washer/dryers. "

"I like the location. For the price it was perfect to go on day excursións like Plitvice Lakes National Parks and Zadar Old Town then return to the hotel. Hotel room was clean and comfortable bed. My bathroom was small and too tight space if or when sharing with someone but my friends room had a larger bathroom. I recommend the larger bathroom for two guests. I enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. I enjoyed talking to other guests in the lobby, lounge, and dining areas. The hotel and restaurant staff were warm, friendly, and knowledgeable of the local attractions and restaurants. I would like to say thanks to Marianne, Bo, Ivana, and Daniel."

"After checking in, our room key did not work, so we had to return to the lobby. One staff member initially explained it as a system issue, but another staff later corrected it, saying it was simply a mistake. Later, we came back to the lobby to look for drinking water, as none was provided in the room. Unlike most hotels we stayed at during this trip, there were no complimentary bottles, vending machines, or nearby convenience stores available. At check-out, a staff member asked us to pay for the stay again, even though it had already been fully prepaid through Expedia. I had to show the reservation and payment confirmation before another staff member stepped in and resolved the situation. Overall, the staff seemed unfamiliar with basic procedures, which caused unnecessary delays and stress. This ultimately affected our schedule, as we had to rush to continue our trip to Plitvice Lakes National Park. In addition, the hotel did not match the expectations set by the photos online. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here"

"This was a very well run hotel with an amazing kids club with lots of children to do throughout the day. Going over Easter weekend we were particularly lucky with the activities as well including a mini petting zoo. The indoor pool was heated and was also extended outdoors, which was great for a swim in early season. The All Inclusive package was great, with plenty of variety of drinks and choice at the buffet, and all the food was delicious. The family rooms were also very spacious."

"Was nice clean place to stay. Host was great -- pool and hot tub were closed which wasn't great, would have loved that to be communicated more clearly."

"The hotel was 20 minutes from downtown Zadar. 20euro taxi. We did not know it was all inclusive, but we did have a nice dinner. Unfortunately the lobby juice, bee and coffee machines were locked when we tried to go. We walked a lot, around the waterfront and in what is solely a residential area. At the entrance of the property was a bus stop to downtown. The people at the desk were all very nice. Quick easy check in and out. A nice pool."
