"This was the best hotel of our trip to Italy! Super friendly and helpful staff - Marta showed us to our room upon arrival and explained the room features (I've never experienced that at a hotel before!). The hotel and the room were beautiful and spotless - and the shower has to be one of the best hotel showers of all time! Great stay!"

The hotel is beautiful but there are one or two things that I would expect in a five star hotel namely - no mirror in the bedroom, no heating, the room was very chilly, the safe is far too small and the water wasn’t very hot.
