"Always a pleasant stay!"

"The bed was very comfortable and the location was great and staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we weren't very impressed with the fact we got checked in to a room that already had a guest staying in it when we arrived and then were put in a different room with a sticking lock that we ended up locked in twice which seems like a significant fire hazard and inconvenience to us trying to leave. Additionally, the underbed storage space was incredibly dusty, most of the buttons on the TV remotes didn't work and we weren't able to get access to a hairdryer for my wife after she'd showered. So while we did enjoy our stay overall it's not really what we'd have expected from a €200+ a night room"

"Every aspect of the hotel was spot on no faults. Even when I was emailing the evening before my arrival to arrange something nice in our room to surprise and celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday.
