"We enjoyed our stay here. The room is so comfortable, has all the amenities in the room and it is close to everything! Walkable to the nearest train station and the staff were really accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam. "
"Great property in great area. Close to great bars and restaurants and to the museum quarter. I will definitely stay again when in Amsterdam. Fantastic breakfast too!"

"Horrendous customer service. As United States Citizens, they did not give us the two twin bed room that we booked for and instead said the “machine decides, we can do nothing” and the machine assigned us a king room (I.e. two attached twin bed frames with a single king mattress). We told them to get us to get us two twin mattresses, and they said no. Trash customer service. Breakfast top of the top (specialty salmon and nuts in addition to an excellent breakfast buffet), but we cannot recommend booking again due to trash customer service to citizens of US."
"Good location close to the airport and walkable. Staff courteous and quick check in. Room is clean with excellent shower and beds. Breakfast was wonderful."
"As a family of four (mum dad and 2 boys ages 7 and 10) finding a single room for all of us is a pain. I was reluctant to book this one as the pictures werent great. I was so wrong! What a great stay we had! The room was perfect, location, although not central, was great worh good restaurants around.
To get to the edge of centre, i.e. vondelpark cost us around 40 euros a day total...
We also drove from the uk. The hotel is attached to a shopping mall (really useful!) Which has a carpark, the car park cost 20 euros per day (once we parked, i didnt move the car until we left).
The kids loved it, the wife loved it and overall i was very happy! And honestly, im a bit snobbish when it comes to hotels!"
