The hotel’s location is unbeatable — just steps away from the train station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city right after arrival. What truly made our stay exceptional was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Max at the front desk. After an 8-hour sleepless flight from Chicago, Max went above and beyond to expedite our early check-in, which was a huge help and very much appreciated. His warm hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered great views of the city. Overall, this hotel made our Amsterdam visit stress-free and enjoyable. "The front desk staff were very friendly and gave me a list of recommended dining options when I arrived. The hotel and rooms are nicely decorated and coffee/tee, ironing board, bathroom toiletries, etc. are provided. The location is excellent. Just a short walk to the Van Gogh and other art museums, shopping and dining, the De Pip neighborhood, and within walking to public transit and a short ride to the airport. "
