"The staff was absolutely amazing. My nephew had a medical emergency in our room, and the hotel staff was instrumental in contacting the paramedics. The attention of the staff during and after the event cannot be praised enough. The concierge was very courteous and professional. The suites are very nice, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam. "

Asked for an ironing board and it took around 40 mins and 3 phone calls before it arrived. There was no turn down service and no little treats which was disappointing for a 5 star hotel. "
