"It was a quaint European hotel in the heart of town. Convenient for walking and seeing the views. However, the air conditioner did not work efficiently in my room. After i spoke with management, i was given a ton of excuses that were not true. Then i was given a small fan. Management never checked with me again, nor offered any other assistance or help."
