"This hotel has become our home in Amsterdam. We love the staff who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The rooms are clean and luxurious. A few aspects of the hotel were missing from our prior visits. The most notable was a lack of live music which once greatly added to the character of this fine hotel. The second was the removal of the bar at the far end of the lobby which was a nice place to sit, enjoy a drink and socialize. The lobby is still lovely, but...
