Nous avons dû l'appeler à l’heure d'arrivée pour demander à recevoir le mail avec les infos. - pas de necessaire de toilette ni drap/drap housse pour le 2e lit, communication lente de l'hôte pour nous fournir le nécessaire qui se trouvait heureusement dans un placard à l'étage. - 1 seul...

"Superb hotel in a beautiful setting. The rooms are fairly luxurious and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely be very happy to stay there again. There is a covered bike shed at the back of the building. One thing that was a shame is there was nowhere to lock a bike to such as a Sheffield stand or tie down point. So the bike was locked to itself in a shed and behind a gate with a code. "

"Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, die Zimmer sind schön. Es gibt Parkplätze vor und hinter dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war allgemein sauber, hätte aber mit ein wenig mehr Aufwand perfekt sein können. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man sich wünscht und Getränke wie Kaffee, Tee oder auch Smoothies sind inklusive. Hätten wir geahnt, dass man die Therme kostenfrei nutzen kann, hätten wir auch Badesachen mitgenommen. "
