"My travel partner (who is in a power wheelchair) and I spent four days there. An excellent place to stay if you are not staying in the city center. Room was very nice, but had one odd thing about it--especially given that it was a wheelchair accessible room-- and that was the the thermostat for the room was located at almost 6 feet above the floor (I'm 5' 6" and was looking UP at it). Uncertain why it was at such an (for Americans anyway) unusual height, and was totally inaccessible for someone in a wheelchair. It should be noted that the surrounding area is almost totally offices or apartments. Almost no commercial venues around except for a couple of restaurants across the street that kept unusual hours. If you are not driving while in Amsterdam, a bus stop is conveniently located in front of the hotel that, after a transfer, gets you into the city center."

"Rooms were very clean and although small for those of us from the States every inch of the room was strategically setup. Spacious area to hang clothes, iron and board provided, bathroom very modern. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Staff were very friendly, checked us in very early! Breakfast isn't included but average priced and a big variety of items, all high quality. We spent some time at the lobby bar, cocktails were tasty and morning coffee was stong and satisfying! Highly recommend "

"Excellent breakfast. Clean rooms and very comfortable. Tram, train and metro are 5 minutes away. There is a nice park across from the hotel. I saw taxis in front of the hotel at all times. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s not in the center of town but using public transportation was easy."
