"Won’t stay again. Hot tub was closed, pool was hose water and the whole hotel had a strong perfume smell to it"

"This place is the perfect location with amazing views. The room was really small (king bed) but fine for just one night. I think some upgrades and maintenance is in store. Only 2 towels and 2 coffees in the room, (sleeps 4) so if you need anymore then that you’ll have to go all the way to the front desk. The pool area was musty and needs some tlc. No towels in the pool, gotta go back to the front desk for those too. Thank goodness we realized before getting in the pool. There were only 4 chairs and on a busy night we didn’t have anywhere to put our things. There are a bunch of random plants in there that are kinda pointless to have, more seating would be better than all the plants. Definitely time for an overhaul. Seemed like all vending machines were out of order and the prices of the snacks in the lobby were insane. The front desk did say that everything was actually cheaper than posted but why not just change the posted price for customers to see?? Strange."

"The property and hotel were great overall, and we enjoyed our stay. However, our experience with the front desk during the night shift was frustrating. The staff member training a new employee was not very helpful and gave us incorrect information. We have stayed before and have always been able to split payments between cards or put one of the rooms under a different name and card. That night, we were told this was not possible and were not allowed to split the payment. The next morning, we asked again and were told that it was in fact possible. They even offered to split the reservation as we had originally requested. It was disappointing that the information we received the night before was incorrect, especially while someone was being trained. Overall, the property itself was great, but clearer and more consistent communication from staff would have made the experience much smoother coming in so late (9 pm). "

"Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration. So basically they were trying to scam us by giving us a smaller unit with one bedroom just because I didn't add the amount guest doesn't give the right to downgrade us to smaller unit. Is like making reservations for suv and given a compact car still getting charged for premium price?!doesnt make any sense "
