"Room was exceptionally clean! Parking lot is a trip but the view is awesome. Hallway smelt like a kitty litter which is a lot better than expected for a pet friendly hotel. Speaking of pet friendly finding a place for our pups to go was hard."

"Pleasant room. Though I wish I wasn’t in the back right next to the back stairwell. WiFi is very decent-consider having security code in place. There was a gap in the wooden blinds and unable to fully bring it down. Please fix or consider curtains for total blackout. Staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was decent however coffee maker broke ?? Will consider staying there again."

"We loved how huge the room and bathroom were. Really large fridge, lots of counter space. The toilet handle was loose. We notified the staff and the hotel manager herself, came down and tightened it up. Normally, we would do it, but not our property so. The staff was genuinely friendly sincere worked as a team. We really enjoyed everything about our stay. We really enjoyed the spread they put on for breakfast for their guests there were a lot of delicious options. We believe the hot tub was the star of the show. We would like to give a Very Special Thanks to the hotel staff. Trish, Scott, Hicham and Raleigh. They are an amazing team! Looking forward to next year. ♥️"

"Our experience in Cabin 17 was not good. It was cold, there was no apparent heat source. The extra blankets reeked of mildew and were unusable. The tv did not work. We got no sleep. There was no regular coffee- just decaf. We had to leave in the early morning just to get in the car to get warm. I can’t get the sleep back but want my money back!"

"One bed had blood spots on the bedding, which was gross and should have been caught before check-in. The walls were also very thin, and I could clearly hear crying, loud thumping, and almost everything happening in the rooms next door. The biggest problem was the thin white blinds with no blackout curtains. The outside hotel lights shined into the room all night and made it hard to sleep. I’ll be staying somewhere else next time I’m in town."
