"The property is beautiful with beautiful views. Our room was extremely clean. I had told them we were celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday and there may have been a slight mixup in communication but they very generously left us wine and chocolates and congratulated us on our anniversary. Even though the occasion was for a birthday the thoughtful and generous gesture was much appreciated! We loved our stay and will definitely stay again when we are back in the area!"

Having to check in and check out a different location, as directed by a sign on the desk, is not a convenience that i would expect from what you advertise as a high end resort."
