For the price, the room was much more spacious than I expected. Although they don't do housekeeping unless requested, the staff responded promptly whenever we asked for something. And Penticton itself is very underrated.

When you book a hotel that has EV charging as part of the services then you pull up and tell you they don’t own the chargers do you feel they false advertised? I do especially when they charge $3.50 an hour!! At least put the charge on your website so people can make an educated decision on where to stay. I hope the upcoming renovation will change this experience.

This could be a 4 or 5 star one day. Service is friendly. Newly renovated and clean. Hot tub had good working jets. In room though the tv had very limited channels and the remote was hard to navigate to get to the few channels. Was annoying big time. Would not just go back to channel 2 or 3 by pressing 2 or 3 and by pressing 02 and 03! The shower in pool area was scorching hot to the max and there wasn't any colder water! I got stuck with shampoo in my eyes and face. It is so bright from the outside cause of their very bright sign so to have better blinds would be a big plus. Bring own small fan to draw out the noise from a busy street and early am traffic.
