"The property is a clean but not upscale apartment. It has no AC but did have fans. The bonus is the location. Very close to the train station and old town shopping. Under the train station is grocery and shops and a short cut to the trains. Street sounds are no problem when the windows are closed. Restaurants are on the street level.
