"The facility is spotless, the rooms well appointed. The breakfast offerings are 5 Star. Shops àre a 10 minute walk from Klouschter. Direct busses to Luxembourg Gare are a 10 minute walk from Klouschter (at Casino 2000). Of the Front Desk Staff, one Staff Member could not do enough to be helpful, including speaking English, and, writing information on paper with pen. The other Front Desk Staff member could not have been more rude, including providing misleading information and 'No English' ... Everyone in Luxembourg speaks English and have for decades."

Rooms are spacious, the only thing we missed was a water kettle and some large mucks to make an cup of tea (as we're are tea drinkers but coffee goes the same). The hotel knows where our rooms 341-342-343 are looking out over, a courtesy question of we had any problem with that would have given the option for us not having "this view" and others we do not mind could have been in these rooms."

"The biggest reason why I got this hotel instead of premier inn was because they had bigger room with a king size bed. But let me tell you , the room was so hot . Air conditioner was not working and you can only crack the window open very small. I am grateful we was able to switch rooms but the room took forever to cool. Don’t stay here if you want a comfortable air conditioning room, you will be disappointed, but if you like a hot sauna in your room , enjoyyyyy!"
