I stay here most weeks irs always great - this week I was put in a room over the far side of property its ansaur walk from reception - the room was extremely cold and the bed was 2 singles pushed together they were so uncomfortable I had about 3 hours sleep it would have been equivalent to.sleeping on a wooden bench. I wont stay in these rooms again if I do book again. If they dont have the rooms closer to reception I wont bother.

Throughly enjoyed my stay here. Really polite staff from the reception to housekeeping. As a regular business traveler to Bedford, I regularly stay here based on the facilities and welcoming staff. I particularly liked they acknowledged my request of staying in my regular room type for my needs.
