Stayed for a week with my family in June 2025 (35 celcius outdoor temperature), was slightly concern based on other review that I've read, but was really glad the stay turn out really well. All in all, no issue with the room itself - all was good. Breakfast, the quality is great, but it does get boring after a few days - the menu pretty much doesn't change except maybe a few extra items on weekend. Location wise, may not be the best place for tourist, but peaceful & quiet despite beside the ever busy 3rd ring room, it was quite ok!

Great hotel with lovely staff. Good breakfast with mix of Chinese and ‘western’ options. Pool is small but adequate. Gym facilities are good. There’s a Tube station about 10 mins walk from the hotel (near the Weston). But we just caught a cab via the DiDi App to all the sites. Way more comfortable. Concierge organised a Day return taxi to Badaling Great Wall for the 4 of us which worked out way cheaper than any of the ‘tours’ online. Word of advice is to plan your trips around the rush hour traffic in Beijing. There’s a small shopping mall about a 10 mins walk away. Has a variety of food stalls and a McDs. Overall, would very likely stay here again.

We stayed here for four days and three nights and we went to the U.S. Consulate for a visa interview. The location is quite convenient, only a 5-8 minute walk to the consulate. The breakfast was also great, with a wide variety of options, including both American and Chinese dishes. Additionally, a special thanks to Cindy Lv, who went above and beyond to help my dump boyfriend printing numerous documents. Cindy was extremely patient and helpful, and we truly appreciate the assistance.

The staffs were quite friendly but have difficulties to talk to customers in English, somehow not reaching the expectation you have for international hotel. Hotel accommodation quite good but no thick mugs for making coffee provided. The room atmosphere is a bit old fashioned. I was given room at lower level, where the sound of them moving things at night in the event hall/seminar room can be heard loud and clear. The channel also lacks options for non-chinese speakers. They should have more non-news, local dramas/movies and children tv channel in English since they're expecting foreigners to stay with them

I had an issue accessing internet from my work computer. The staff there was very proactive and helped me solve the problem. A young staff, Andy Wang was the one who came up to my room and tried different ways before eventually solving the problem. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Trainee Cindy Lv for the outstanding service and support he provided to my parents. They recently traveled to Beijing, and I booked Hilton for them. When they arrived, Cindy Lv assisted them with check-in and patiently answered all their questions. Since my parents are elderly, Cindy thoughtfully arranged a room that was easy for them to access and made sure it was spotless and comfortable. They couldn’t have been happier with their stay. Cindy was incredibly kind, attentive, and detail-oriented. This hotel has a major problem with a strong sewage smell in the hallways and inside the rooms. The smell is so bad that I couldn’t sleep at night. It is very unpleasant and disturbing. Also, the rooms and facilities are very old; it seems like they haven’t been renovated for years. One big issue was in the bathroom—the shower cabin door didn’t close properly, causing a lot of water to leak outside the cabin. As a result, after every shower, a large amount of water collected on the bathroom floor, and I had to spend time drying it. Another problem is that most of the hotel staff don’t speak English, not even a few basic words. Communicating with them or asking simple questions was very difficult. However, the biggest issue remains the sewage smell, which is truly unbearable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I deeply regret staying here. The two nights we spent in this hotel were one of the worst travel experiences during our trip to China.

They charged us ¥100 for a borrowed umbrella which is just ridiculous… We felt sorry that we lost one of the umbrella we borrowed from the front desk earlier in the day. And we were being honest so just told them. And then one of the guy in the front desk immediately and rudely asked us to pay them ¥100 for the lost umbrella, which is REALLY pricy… However, the price is not most the ridiculous part, the MOST SUSPICIOUS part is the looks on other staffs’ faces when that guy came up with that price… their faces were all like ‘REALLY’… I found it fishy so I asked the guy if there is a written price of the umbrella anywhere. And he said ‘it actually should be ¥150, I give you a lower price already’…… Okay, we didn’t want to waste more time dealing with this, so we just paid. However, the whole thing was just SO SUSPICIOUS that I couldn’t help thinking about it… Other than this pricy umbrella event, everything else was really good.
