This is our first trip without joining a tourists to China with our children. Our first stop is Xi’an. Second stop is Beijing. We choose this hotel for many reasons. It is closer to the subway station. We can walk to the Drum Tower and 什剎海。 The plants are inside out. We also wanted non smoking room; which is hard to find. We had experienced many hotels that has smell from the hallway to the room. That is not the case in here. It is definitely non smoking! In compare, this was the most pleasure experience hotel. It felt like home! We walked to the subway station line 8; which allowed us get to the center of the city in a short time. The subway contains 28 lines with clear written signs for transfer to other locations. People are friendly here; we also like the big fat cat. The hotel is tucked away in the neighborhood area; which is quiet and safe. We took a DD(taxi) from the airport. After dropping off at the front door, the staff came to lead us inside the hotel. (WeChat was sent to me a few day before arrival) This hotel is small but unique. It has about 16 rooms totals. Our room has a sky light. There is a share kitchen at the second floor with a table. That leads us to the rooftops with many plants and tables setting area. Every morning, I walked up here for stretching and fresh air. After that I walked to the local market place; where I could get breakfast. This market place offered all kinds of fruits. We enjoyed ! Highly recommend!

The place was beautiful, the rooms too, it’s really close to a subway station so that’s helpful, it has a community kitchen with water filters, they offer coffee, they even have a really cute and friendly cat!! and honestly the staff were the best, they were always helping us out with everything!! 10/10 experience
