Great location! Friendly staff with easy check in/out. Hotel is next to a large mall where you can do some good shopping and eat breakfast or coffee at the cafes inside the mall. Across the street is more shopping …
The only negative comments are for the food. We had burgers at the grill they were very mediocre. Lobster mac n cheese tasteless.
Breakfast was not at MO standard but ok overall.
Dinner on the terrace was very good quality and taste.
So the big letdown was the grill.
Everything else about this hotel is awesome!!!
Hands down the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed at. The interior design is phenomenal, sleek, modern while still incorporating a distinct traditional Beijing style.
Location was excellent and service very attentive without being overbearing. The receptionists were extremely sharp and charming.
I thought that the place was magical and every detail was there in the rooms in the restaurant. I just love the way it looked smelled. It wasn’t overpower perfume which is one of the worst things these hotels keep doing. I don’t know why and I just the bed was extremely comfortable my only detail as I told the management was the service in the bar twice they forgot our drink and it took like 30 minutes and that part was a shame, and it wasn’t really full or busy to justify it other than that, I thought it was just magical to be able to stay there
Too expensive, not worth of the money, similar luxury hotel in Beijing and this area cost only half of the money Even Expedia VIP still have to pay breakfast and mini bar use even soft drink
Small boutique mandarin with disappointing service
Very disappointing experience unfortunately. I rarely leave feedbacks here but i think i shohld do this time. It is a newly opened Mandarin a few steps away from the forbidden city and in the heart of wangfujing. Clean thoughtful good food like other Mandarin family. HOWEVER they need more experienced staff members especially for customer relations and more importantly CONCIERGE. You cant expect the first class concierge service here and dont leave your business schedule related bookings or matters with them. They are too inexperienced and incomplete advice though they are motivated. It is good to see a young team but when it comes to your important matter you want it to be done professionally efficiently and properly. However they have a long way to go. Everytime they messed up around they offered me that they will send someone to sort this out. It is a kind offer. However they cant send 100 staff to 100 cases they may have messed around. This kindness is therfore not a solution. They need to have more senior staff. Otherwise it is a waste of time and money. Plus you will get stressed very unnecessarily. That is such a shame.
Brand new.
Amazing service. Electric car that drives you to close by places for free
Amazing view of forbidden city.
Incredible brunch buffet
Best hotel in beijing.
Beautiful hotel, great and friendly staff. The French Chef personally greeted guests during breakfast and dinner, amazing service. Would definitely come back for another stay.
I absolutely love this hotel. I travel all the time and this has become my favorite hotel in China.
The service is impeccable!
The restaurants are top notch and the rooms are beautifully designed and appointed.
Everything I expect from MO and more.
