"A most pleasant place to stay,a great welcome on arrival,with lots of helpful advice about the local area and recommendations of where to eat etc. Our room was spotless and tasteful furnished ,as was the place throughout,and a lovely breakfast cooked to perfection made our experience 100% satisfied. Would definitely return."

"Check-in was quick and easy. The property is well located, in a quiet location on the edge of Ullapool and easily walkable into town. The communal areas (conservatory, garden) advertised on the site were not accessible to us. We also did not have a loch view. A continental breakfast was mentioned on the listing, but the night before our stay we received an email saying our booking was on a room-only basis. The owners did provide food recommendations in town, however. Could clearly hear the guests in adjoining rooms."

"I only stayed for one night - the room was very comfortable, had an en-suite bathroom and kettle with tea/coffee etc. Continental breakfast was brought to my room on a tray and the host was very helpful with directions for a shortcut to walk down into Ullapool. The house is on a quiet street just off the main road. Would recommend."
