Elfeu answered all our questions and we never felt rushed. The room is immaculate, the toiletries are excellent, the continental breakfast is wonderful with a big choice of fruit, yogurts, pastries, coffees, milks (we were very happy to see the soy one), the beds are comfortable and the linen is superb.
