We booked there cause our kids loves pool, the truth is the pool is only available on weekdays and not the weekend, also it is fir a charge and for free, and opens for men after 3pm!! I don’t recommend this hotel at all, it is miserable

Good location.
Good location, close to the University, cafes, restaurants and bars. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are a decent size, as is the bathroom. If you get a room on the higher levels, you get a view of the sea. Staff was helpful, especially the lady at front desk who would sort out any queries I had. The rooms are clean. The only real problem here is that the hotel is starting to show its age; small leaks and small patch up jobs. But for a single person this wasn’t a big concern.

This property is misleading people in listing photos that doesn’t reflect reality. Grand neglect in all aspects, decaying fittings and lack of maintenance is everywhere.

The buffet breakfast was nice but they need to provide with real king size bed not a made up king size bed with two single beds that makes it uncomfortable, it is also important they tell in advance to guests that to get the room clean we need to hang the green signal at the door, because no one told me before and for 2 days I did not get my bedroom clean. The lady at the desk in the morning and afternoon is very nice and friendly, but when I did my check in at night the people were not very welcoming. The buffet breakfast is nice they have tasty labneh, bread and waiters are fine.

A nice apartment, close to amenities.
All staff extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean, basic but met all my needs. Shops and restaurants nearby. Close to Hamra centre and AUB and the promenade. A long walk to anywhere else but easy to get a taxi.

Fantastic stay
Comfortable stay, very nice staff. Rooms can still be improved but it has all the basics to feel like home. Nice breakfast too. I will certainly come again.

The Recieption was so helpful and the lady offered an early check-in upon arrival. However, the room was so old and the kitchen appliances, wash basin were not clean. No hot water late night or early morning.

Bliss 3000
Bliss 3000 was exactly as it said it should be. They aren't a high end resort or a dump but a nice middle of the road hotel with decent amenities and excellent service. The location is hard to beat with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and are willing to help book local reservations which can be tricky for someone visiting from abroad. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Just a couple of issues.
Booked a king size bed and they gave my two twin beds. The bathroom sink would give a bad smell when used and a bad smells would randomly come out during your stay.
