It was amazing, froastrated their 12th floor restaurant was under refurbishment, other than that it was marvelous, need to push on daily cleaning

I can not say i like it . Maybe it was good before but now it looks old . Workers are not taking care good . The securities both were kind , they are segregated . I just stayed because of location . Closed to my business .

Really enjoyed our stay. The location is exactly what we wanted. The front desk staff and outside security were great. Shoutout to sevag outside. The only struggle was not being able to adjust the air conditionning. Either we were freezing or too hot. Would return without a doubt.

The overall service was excellent, starting the valet parking personnel : George in the morning until the evening , not only taking care of parking the car but even writing on a piece of paper where to go and visit and explore , where to eat etc. Very courteous,always friendly, not fake . Then at night : Sevag , very down to earth, amazing person, for example something unexpected happened happened at midnight wanted to get an important local phone number I needed ( tried so many ways from Facebook etc, but did not get it, finally he got it throughout other ways, again very friendly like George, no matter how late at midnight.. All the personnel at the front desk , always taken care all that I needed . I would recommend this hotel , it’s near of all the famous pastry shops and restaurants.

World Class Stay
Amazing and hospitable staff. Joe is unmatched by his gracious greeting every morning at breakfast and Sevag is simply outstanding in his service whenever we needed something.

I expected the room to be non smoking. However, other guests smoke a lot and expect to smell a lot of cigarettes when you stay there. This is a big problem for me because I have asthma and difficulty to breath. Also the hotel management does not forbid guests from smoking which is a problem

Not bad of stay. 3.5 out of 5
It was rather an enjoyable stay that I had. The place and the rooms look beautiful. The whole appeal of the place is rather nice. Things that I have enjoyed about the hotel... + location was very close to friends who I was visiting, local restaurants, and even the mall + Breakfast was not that bad. Enjoyed the selection of foods. + Kind staff who were very helpful + The bed was very comfortable and I loved the shower! + Can't believe I have to list this as a plus but other hotels were charging this. Free WiFi. Things I didn't enjoy about the hotel... - No Refrigerator* (Well, they do have one, but it's with bundled with the bar service. This makes no sense. So in order to use this you have to use the bar) - The room doesn't get clean as I would have liked. I have noticed the bathroom wasn't clean at all. I purposefully left small easy to clean stains in my shower to see if it got cleaned and guess what! It didn't get cleaned at all. Pretty disgusting if you ask me. I think they only properly clean your room is when you leave. - They need a new system for the breakfast. As the person who manages the breakfast area can be pushy at times. Wouldn't mind if they used a ticketing system. - The Air Conditioning unit in my room was only set to super cold. You couldn't change it at all despite my repeatable requests at mangement to fix this.

I stayed at Warwick for 5 nights and it was excellent. The room, the staff, the service were excellent. My stay at location from now on everytime I visit Lebanon.

the hotel has a great location, less than 10 mins to beirut downtown and 10 mins to jounieh and kaslik towns,it has everything near it, the staff are very friendly

perfect location to go everywhere
first impressions count, as I approached the desk, they already new my name and expecting me. the hotel is definitely to global standards, room was very clean and absolutely very modern set up along with the bathroom. staff were very helpful and obliging. loved the experience at this hotel.

Happy 4 being in a Brand New Hotel BUT...AVOID IT
My stay was for a period of 12 nights, for all the duration of my stay, had to request my sheets, my pillowcases and my comforter cover to be changed. They wont change it unless you. First day I had 4 towels provided to me, and after that it was just my luck, for 2 people staying in a room, I would get 2 or 3. never consistent. Very annoying, and very Frustrating. Shower door did not close.
