"The location is beautiful. Really peaceful and picturesque. I would recommend that you hire a car because you can get to the highlights of the island better and itโs more cost effective than taxis. What makes this hotel, in addition to the beautiful grounds and beach, are the staff ! They are so attentive and professional and friendly. Felt really welcome and cared for. The breakfast was varied and tasty and was very good quality. Room service was prompt and the service fee is worth it. Our room was very spacious. I didnโt go on holiday to watch tv but it would have been nice to have some English entertainment. Outdoor private shower was really nice. The cleaners always did a good job. Wasnโt keep on the outdoor bathtub, but itโs there. The buggy system to get to and from the car park was excellent. Gym was clean and adequate. Finally, the spa was good. I only used the hammam once and I had everything to myself."

"The property is very nice, beautiful pools, gardens and beach. Staff is very helpful, but often slow (e.g. we waited 45 min for our luggage). The rooms could really use an update and they should work more on the cleanliness in the rooms (hate seeing hair on the floor or bed). The kids club is amazing, as well as the game village in the garden, could be there for days. Breakfast is OK."

"A spectacular resort with very friendly staff great facilities and great food only one small adverse experience at the grill where a staff member was a very terse other than that everything was perfection. The golf courses are unbelievably good as anything you'll find anywhere!Ginja Resurant was amazing!"

"Overall great comfortable stay. I was a solo traveler, so it was nice to find an all inclusive resort, reasonably priced with good amenities. It is close to the airport but far from other areas so need to plan for taxis to make day trips or ideally rent a car."

"Wonderful Family Getaway โ Outstanding Service! Our stay at Heritage The Villas was absolutely fantastic. The facility itself is wonderful, offering everything we needed for a perfect family vacation, and the service was genuinely outstanding from start to finish. The staff consistently made sure we were well taken care of. The only piece of constructive advice I have for the property management is regarding the windows and doors. The weather during our stay was so lovely, but we couldn't leave the doors or windows open to enjoy the fresh breeze without inviting bugs and insects inside. Installing screen nets on the doors and windows would completely solve this issue and allow guests to fully enjoy the beautiful climate indoors. Overall, it was a superb experience, and we highly recommend it!"
