Only let down was the shower room is practically level with the hallway and the water always escapes out so we end up with towels all outside the door. Despite this, we would still return as everything else was excellent.

Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Direkt an der Rezeption bekommt man einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner, der jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar ist. Er war immer präsent, hat sich um alles gekümmert und alle unsere Fragen beantwortet – ein Service, der wirklich außergewöhnlich ist. Das Essen war hervorragend. Besonders schön war der Lounge-Bereich: entspannt sitzen, Tee oder Kaffee trinken und die hoteleigene Bäckerei mit ihren köstlichen Torten und Gebäckstücken genießen. Auch die Chocolaterie bietet viele leckere Spezialitäten. Der Service im gesamten Hotel ist erstklassig. Alle Mitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Innerhalb von Sekunden kommt jemand und fragt, ob man etwas wünscht. Nichts wird vergessen – selbst ohne Notizen behalten sie alles im Kopf. Das ist wirklich bewundernswert. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an alle Mitarbeiter: Service, Küche, Zimmerpflege, Minibar, Gärtner – jeder einzelne war freundlich, engagiert und immer mit einem Lächeln unterwegs. Genau so stellt man sich einen perfekten Hotelaufenthalt vor.

Schon bei der Ankunft hatte ich einen sehr guten Eindruck: Die Anlage ist gepflegt, modern und wirkt insgesamt äußerst hochwertig. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Manager Abdullah Bey und Chef Koch Muharrem Bey. Beide sind außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit. Sie tun wirklich alles dafür, dass man sich wohlfühlt und einen angenehmen Aufenthalt genießt. Ihr Engagement und ihre Professionalität machen einen großen Unterschied. Auch kulinarisch hat das Hotel viel zu bieten. Die Auswahl ist vielfältig und es gibt eine sehr gute europäische Küche, die geschmacklich überzeugt und für jeden etwas bereithält. Insgesamt kann ich das Voyage Belek nur weiterempfehlen – ein Hotel, das mit Qualität, Service und Gastfreundschaft begeistert.

Unser Aufenthalt im Voyage Belek war von Anfang bis Ende einfach perfekt! Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und das gesamte Team war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist wunderschön gepflegt, mit herrlichen Gärten, direktem Strandzugang und einer beeindruckenden Poollandschaft. Das kulinarische Angebot ist herausragend – von den vielfältigen Buffets bis zu den À-la-carte-Restaurants ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, und die Qualität der Speisen ist erstklassig. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den aufmerksamen Service, der dafür sorgt, dass man sich jederzeit wie ein geschätzter Gast fühlt. Unser Zimmer war modern, komfortabel und stets makellos sauber. Ob am Strand, am Pool oder im Spa – überall spürt man die Liebe zum Detail und den hohen Standard des Hauses. Die zahlreichen Freizeitangebote und das abwechslungsreiche Abendprogramm sorgen dafür, dass keine Langeweile aufkommt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Voyage Belek uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Everytime we shower, the water would flooded outside to our room floor, this happened on our first day of arriving till the fifth day until we notices that the drain was blocked. Difficult to book restaurant as we would call on the day at 9am and it would say the restaurant is fully booked when the restaurants is half empty in the evening from walking pass it. The next day we called at 9am and the restaurant was fully booked again, We went down to the reception and complain to the customer relations and they book us a restaurant which is strange as when we called they say it’s fully booked. Can’t book restaurant online also or book other restaurant for any other following day. Staff unable to speak English or understand as I brought my own baby food and put it in a bowl. We asked the staff to heat it up for me and next for minutes they came back with something different and apparently they added milk into my baby solid food. Apart from that, it was a lovely stay and the kids enjoyed it. We will definitely come back again but hope they can improved the above

Sehr schöne, frisch renovierte Unterkunft. Sehr weitläufig, und trotz Vollbelegung in nicht Überlaufen. Kein nerviges warten in den vielen Restaurants, oder früh-morgendliches Reservieren von Liegen. Unsere Villa mit dem eigenen Pool war perfekt und das Personal durch die Bank sehr freundlich. Alles in allem ein Top Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder. Nur ein kleiner „Mangel“, die Salz– und Pfeffermühlen auf den Tischen sind unbrauchbar.

Great resort

All new resort after Full renovation.food are very delicious many restaurants and bars all around it's very easy to get drink or eat even you don't need go to the main restaurant. At checkout you have comfort zone that you can stay great for visitors that have late flights. It's still not summer session but the hotel is in full activity every night kids show plus main show fantastic. Thanks voyage for making the family vacation so cool an great.

Was a bit overpriced for what’s on offer. Waterpark is pretty poor and the evening entertainment isn’t all that except for the fire of Anatolia. Good try by the others though.
