We felt neglected they did not even offer room service like fresh towels , bed made up with fresh lines. Room not smelling so stale. Wish they did not allow pets. We had a lady with two big dogs two rooms down . This dogs barked half the night. Would not recommend. They also wanted us to tp for room service we never got.

Although the room and hotel interior was clean the bedroom was concerning. Room window was not secure, be although comfortable squeaked horribly with every movement. The desk staff was very accommodating and pleasant but the whole facility needs upkeep and maintanence. The indoor pool and spa was torn apart, exterior door key entry was not working and therefore secure. If I have a choice I would not stay there again.

The ac unit was literally hanging out of the wall. Daylight could be seen between the wall and the ac unit. No coffee maker in the room and with breakfast served from 6-9 am, the coffee wasn’t ready until after 6am. The need for us to leave early caused us to be unable to have breakfast before we left. It was disappointing to be charged so much for the lack of quality!

The beds had a metal frame that squaked each time someone moved. The beds would even squeaked when someone took a deep breath. I had reserved 2 queens and got 2 full sized beds. The bathroom door had a punch hole that was plastered over.

The room was decent. Was there with baseball team and no ones air conditioner really worked. So the rooms were hot. Staff was great. But the outside was really unsafe people driving by fast that werent staying there.
