And housekeeping never picked up/replaced the dirty glasses and cups and failed to bring clean towels on one day of our stay. The front desk staff were ineffective and nonplussed by everything in this review. The only bright spot was the shuttle driver - he helped us get clean towels and kindly delivered sodas and sweets to make up for the front desk nonsense. "
