"As advertised, the rooms are really small but quite comfortable.
Staff is nice and helpful.
The downstairs and the rooftop bar are both great and offer foods and drinks."
"We had a great stay, the staff and friendly and helpful and the hotel has a bus stop on the doorstep which made getting into and back from town very easy.
Also short walk from plenty of nice pubs, restaurants (such as Table 45) and the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre"
"Loved staying at my namesakes Townhouse haha! It was a great stay, loved the self check-in, very clear and informative instructions. Comfortable place and there was coffee available in the comfortable common area every morning. It was great to stay here."

"All of the staff was excellent and the food and drinks at the restaurant were soooo soooo good. No a/c but that's not uncommon at many European hotels. They were very generous with towels, etc. and, again, the staff was great. "
"Beautiful boutique hotel that’s in a quiet, safe area but still an inexpensive cab drive away from the city center. The staff were helpful and accommodating. While the room was small (I knew this upfront) it was well laid out and I appreciated the upscale amenities like the Dyson hairdryer. "
"Spent a great 5 nights at the Residences! The rooms are really lovely with park views and the mini dishwasher and washing machine was an unexpected surprise. Rooms are very tastefully decorated and bed was super comfortable.
Would definitely stay again! "
"What a beautiful property! The hotel is about a 20 minute easy bus ride into downtown Dublin (the stop is just outside the hotel). The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is FANTASTIC. Rooms are a little dated, but that can easily be overlooked for the other positive things. We would recommend and would stay again!"
